We're getting technical this week as the lads chat to Foundation Youth Coach Ross Ensor. Ross has been a youth coach at both Wolves and Albion as well as a PhD Researcher in Sports Coaching. Ross goes behind coaching to ask the meta questions, emphasises the importance of being flexible as an academy player and explains instilling cultures into a team.
