Are you ready to get back into trusting your body? Most of us spend the entirety of our lives in the monkey mind, a cage that keeps us stuck in the past and projecting it into the future, leaving no room for something new to come in. All the while dragging our body, like a meat suit, along for the ride. We distract ourselves from messages, mostly in the form of symptoms, of our bodies and give our power away to doctors, professionals, and authorities who should know how to fix us. Yet, no one outside of us can actually fix us. Angela Ferrari, the Founder of "The Shift Process”, joins us again to help us discover the secrets that will propel us to come back home, back into the body, where the truth and presence can always be found. She shares two specific things that are required from us if we truly want to create new neurological circuity that cultivates our healing of and connection to the body. She says, "The challenge [that we face to be healthy] is the consistency to override a pattern of neurocircuitry in our minds of a belief structure. The challenge is not being healthy, the challenge is to stay consistent in creating new neurocircuitry aligned with the truth of our natural state of being, and the truth inside of that activated intelligence. That's where the challenge is, not actually being healthy." We all know that changing the mind can be challenging, yet I hope the seed that is planted inside of you is the seed of a deeper understanding and awareness that the truth can always be found within the body. “Trust the body, question the mind,” is what she is offering to us to consider as she guides us on how to stay in our body in the times when we are triggered so that we can receive the profound truth and messages awaiting us.
