All of these things impact the frequency we omit to the world. in which we vibrate. Our vibration determines the quality of life we get to experience. An obvious focus, if we wish to be happier, more energetic, and more vibrant is to focus on things that we can do that raise our vibration because we know that if we increase our vibration we will have a better sense of well-being. In this episode, we explore simple and easy ways we can raise our vibration every day. Offered are the basics that will create huge shifts in the way we see ourselves and the world.
