Sustainability Revisited

For episode 10, we go back and revisit the topic of the first episode: sustainability in the creative process. This podcast was started as part of a year-long songwriting challenge, and at the time of recording this episode I was close to 6 months into the challenge. I figured it would be a good time to do some reflection on my own process and its sustainability. I started the year-long songwriting challenge because I wanted a process for my own writing where I could be consistently writing and releasing new music. What I've been doing is a 3-week release cycle: write and record a new song on week 1, mix and master on week 2, and release on week 3. In this episode we talk about how sustainable that cycle actually has been, and a few modifications I've needed to make along the way to keep that process being sustainable.
