Something I’ve observed in the coaching industry (particularly business coaching) is a tendency to arrive at a level of success & then coach “this is the way” as the only HOW. But here’s the thing…..I don’t know about you but I left my 30 year corporate career to never feel stuck or drained (F that, I want to feel lit up and liberated).
