This week in pausing to review + reflect on 2021 & make sure that I fully integrate what it taught me......I realised how important this is to your growth too. Because here's the thing...if we don't anchor in our lessons, we run the risk of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results (thanks Einstein!).
