Airline Industry Troubles, Welcoming Places and The National Civil Rights Museum

In this episode, 2020 was the worst year on record for the airline industry so we’ll talk about that with the folks from IATA, the International Air Transport Association plus we’ll learn a bit about IATA’s Travel Pass initiative. Booking.com recently came out with the results of their survey on the Most Welcoming Places in Canada so we’ll where they are.
