My next guest needs no introductions if you haven’t heard of Kamila or the SA girl as she’s also known, you're probably new to the property game or you don’t do social media at all. ⠀⠀⠀I couldn’t bring the ‘Women in Property’ series to an end without speaking to Kamila; she’s one person whose testament to how someone can change their lives and circumstances to better themselves and live the life they want through property. ⠀⠀⠀In a past life, Kamila was a midwife who invested in property as a hobby with her ex-partner of 10 years. In 2017 her relationship broke down leading her having to sell her whole portfolio and take on her part of a £120k debt. As a newly single mum, she’d gone from a luxury lifestyle to one close to bankruptcy. ⠀⠀⠀In this podcast, Kamila talks openly about how she rebuilt herself as a person, how she created a new life for her and her twin girls. She also talks about all the challenges she faced along the way; we discuss how not so long ago she was suicidal and almost took her own life.
