Having worked in a corporate role for so long and not actually owning her time, she wanted to create something to change this situation. ⠀⠀⠀Jess herself claims that in the early years, she cared about what people thought of her. But as time has gone on, she has changed this to what she now thinks of herself. A change from an external to any internal validation and judgement of herself as a person! “WOW!! What a powerful way of thinking!”⠀⠀⠀There is a massive connection between her providing a home for people and the nurturing side of her that really wants people to feel safe, grow and flourish.
