This week's episode of the Joinery Business Podcast is a replay of one of our most popular, and now most relevant, podcast episodes from season 1. Despite being an older episode, the content here is incredibly useful, arguably now more than when it first came out. Learning how to really buckle down on what’s important in your calendar versus what you can hand off to someone else becomes ever important. Often as business owners, we find ourselves completely overwhelmed in our own schedules and struggle to fit in any time at all. But it’s important to keep in mind that you cannot ‘create time’. When you ask, "how can I make better use of the time I already have?", you’ll get real about fitting the tasks into the time rather than the time to the tasks. I believe it’s important as a business owner to not miss out on your own life. It’s true sometimes that you have to put in some hard hours in business, but that’s not all a business should be and you shouldn’t feel so swamped all the time. So in today's episode, I  talk about how we teach our GPS Members how to find a way to breathe in their business, and help find a better balance with your schedule.   As always, if you have any thoughts about today's podcast be sure to head over to the Joinery Business Hub on Facebook! In this episode we discuss: How creating a better schedule helps morale  The importance of creating a better work-life balance How to find spots in your schedule which might help you breath more The idea of finding better use of your time, rather than trying to create time   Links: The Joinery Coach Website The Wealthy Joiner Joinery Business Hub Facebook Group YouTube Channel  The Marketing Joint
