TJHP EP016 | ft. Jon Lounsbury - Head Coach of the Walpole Express in the EHL

During this episode we talk alot about the Walpole Express Organization and more so about how Jon Lounsbury goes into each and every season to not only win but produce top end NCAA Ice Hockey players. He does not stop at developing well rounded hockey players, he also focuses a lot of time and effort on developing each player into a mature man. With that, he and the Walpole Express organization focus there time on the education of players, offering 'in-house' schooling with there Walpole Academy. They have teachers, proffesionals and people in the hockey community that help mold each and every player that enters the Walpole Express Organization. Throughout this episode we discuss a lot about recruiting and player development since the Walpole Express and the EHL in general have an unbelievable track record in producing D3 NCAA hockey players. We had the chance to dive into Jon's mentality when coaching Junior Hockey players and how he goes into the season to ensure a succesful outcome every year.
