TJHP EP043 -  This weeks episode of The Junior Hockey Podcast we are joined by Special Guest Chris Flaugher who is the Head Coach and General Manager of the St. Louis Jr. Blues in the NA3HL. We had a great conversation with Chris discussing his personal playing career and what has changed in Junior Hockey since he played. We also talked about the Jr. Blues organization and what makes them such a powerhouse year in and year out. With talking about the NAHL and NA3HL a lot lately we asked Chris some of the questions we have been wondering lately and attempted to clear the air and get all the information on the requirement that the NAHL has to draft and tender NA3HL players. Since Chris has been around the Junior Hockey scene for a long time, we asked him what his thoughts on overall dynamic and landscape we see in the junior hockey world today. We also discussed how awesome it would be to have a Junior Hockey national championship like there once was.
