Neha Pendse is the founder and artistic director of Neha Pendse Dance Academy LLC   based in Houston TX. She is the disciple of Late Mrs Savita Godbole, Dr Suchitra Hramalkar and Padma Shri guru Shovana Narayan Traxl. She's been trained in both Lucknow and Raigarh gharana. She has done masters in Kathak dance from DAVV university Indore and holds a gold medal in the same. She has received a junior CCRT scholarship and has represented her university in state (gold medal), zonal (gold medal) and National level (bronze medal). She has been invited to meet then president Mrs Partibha Patil for her contribution in university and received word of appreciation. received. She has performed all over India in various dance festivals like Malhar utsav, Paryavaran utsav ,Guru lacchu maharaj utsav, and USA in Sewa International charity gala, BMM Philadelphia, ICC Houston, HMM Houston, New York kathak festival, mind the gap Houston. She is serving various organizations in dance competitions in the judges panel as well.   She holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from University of Houston.

She is the daughter of renowned theatre personality Mr Milind Deshpande.
