Full professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. President and Chief Scientific Officer of Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation, which has been undertaking a two and a half year clinical study following the production of antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2  virus in people with natural immunity and/or following vaccination. Dr. Pelech is also the VP of the Canadian Covid Care Alliance and co-chair of its Scientific and Medical Advisory Committee.
