Joining Jay for the first time is cook, writer and former Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain, alongside chefs Jocky Petrie and Tim Anderson, and food historian, Dr Annie Gray.

The panellists offer their star recipes to win a baking competition, discuss how they’d use up a glut of cooking apples, and decide whether cinnamon should be banned.
