Today, I had a delicious conversation with Kath Allen, an environmentally-conscious life coach. She helps women make a difference in the world, overcoming overwhelm and managing difficult emotions without burning out. She holds a PhD. in Ecology and Conservation, specialising in the conservation of rare dragonflies.  In this episode, Kath shared her fantastic journey from the academic world to coaching, and how magnificent it was for her to combine passion, ecology and coaching. She shared some brilliant insights on alignment in life between our core values and our actions.
