Frost may seem like an outlier, but we ask if he is simply expressing the reality of a more muscular Tory unionism which can be seen in the UK internal market legislation and in the first use of a Section 35 Order to halt progress of the Gender Recognition Reform Bill.Humza Yousaf's first act as First Minister has been to challenge the Section 35 Order.
