Should You Drop Your Friends?  Hell yeah! At least some of them. This episode I will explain why. Back when I was at Dan Pena's castle I had knots in my stomach...   My old assistant was terrible. Yet I've never fired anyone.   I shared this with the 8-figure badass next to me in the castle. His response?   "Your goals are too important.  If she's not operating at the level you need, then why hold onto her?"   He was right. I dropped her.  And she was instantly replaced with someone MUCH better.   I notice that everytime I cut someone, they're replaced by someone better in my life.   Sometimes I drop them and never see them again.   Other times I drop them and they're inspired to improve their life.   You owe it to yourself and others to surround yourself with the positive success-minded individuals.
