‘Tis The Season to Reflect

In this week’s podcast episode, I am reflecting on life and business because ‘tis the season after all! Reflection is a very under-utilised practice and we often tend to get so caught up in the daily business grind that we don’t reflect back. I am urging you, in this month of December, to reflect on the wins and celebrations of the year as well as the mistakes made and the learnings too. It is a great time to dream about what you want from next year too and I’m not just talking about goal setting I want you to think about what will make you happier, what would you like to do more of and what could you do to make next year different from this one. I also am all about starting now rather than in January! So many people wait until January and New Years resolutions to start on a new course or make changes to their life but I am bucking the trend and have started now! Maybe it’s because I’ve just turned 40 or it could be that I am better in a routine rather than trying to get back into a routine when completely blowing it off for December.
