The way we feel about ourselves and our body has a huge impact on how we show up online. It’s real, it’s a huge journey of healing and acceptance and it matters that we bring this conversation to the female entrepreneur table because I know from my own experience and the women I coach, that it affects our growth. This episode explores my own journey with body image, how I worked through my own triggers of female expression in the online space and the tools I share with my clients time and time again to support them in getting comfortable with your body and being visible online. You being in your expression will impact the world - because every time you do it, someone else sees it and says yes, I want that too. The ripple effect is epic.
