The number on the scale is not an issue for me at all, and it hasn't been for a couple of years now - It is all about feeling good, having more energy and getting into a routine and I know that will come about when I make some of the changes I chat about in this episode - And along with those changes, I have no doubt that I will feel a difference on my body and see it on the scale.Also, don't rush it and want to achieve everything in one month!
