She is a recipient of numerous awards, including the Vital Voices Global Leadership Award, the Eisenhower Fellowship, and the Harvard Business School Alumni Achievement Award.Ndidi is a dynamic speaker and writer, and her work has been featured in publications such as The Economist, The Guardian, and The New York Times.
