After navigating the very chaotic lifestyle of a military spouse, Shari began a path to self discovery and furthered her education at the Health Coach Institute earning her certification in Health Coaching & Life Coaching.  Shari took this new knowledge and her invaluable experiences of the past 25 years and started Alive With Purpose Health & Life Coaching. Shari earned the highest credential available to health and wellness coaches by becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach which represents a National Standard developed by the American Medical Association and the National Board for Health and Wellness coaches.    Shari helps women nourish mindfully, handle stress better, implement self care practices to live the life you want to be living with purpose.  Outside of coaching, you’ll find Shari soaking up the sun at the local beach, enjoying traveling to new places, taking long walks and spending time with family and friends.
