She graduated from Samford University for her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science and received her graduate degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2009. She lives in Colorado Springs, CO with her husband, 3 kids, golden retriever and 9 backyard chickens. She enjoys gardening, yoga, baseball and advocating for her patients to live their best lives! She recently branched off on her own to provide in-home physical therapy services with special interests in visceral manipulation/gut health, scar mobilization and prenatal/postpartum care. She also sees a wide range of women's pelvic health conditions.
