We had a diverse conversation about what it means to succeed within the recruitment industry, and why money shouldn't be the sole motivator. We also talked about how the recruitment industry has changed, why KPI's are more fluid, and how building a  personal brand has become one of the best strategies to win both new businesses and acquire candidates.
