Not only are these practices great for living more mindfully, but they can help improve your overall wellbeing, too. These mindfulness activities include: Having a mindful conversation with someone you care about (be sure to check out episode 24 of The Mindful Kind for mindful listening tips!) Engage in something creative and minimise distractions Spend time in nature Here are two mindful self-care activities you can use during tough days: Write down your thoughts and feelings in a journal Listen to your favourite music, meditation music, or an uplifting podcast.
