This week, Michelle and Lindsay return to the Sphere of Influence 360's diagram of leadership and communication styles, to wrap up their deep dive into what goes into being a good leader!  After relationship is established, clear direction is needed in order to finish out a goal or project well.  In this second half of the circle, the ladies focus now on content-based communication and how our forthcomingness in the task at hand can be a gift to those in our homes and beyond.
