An Intentional & Physiological Birth with Kat River

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Kat River. Kat is a mama of one from Western Australia. She had yearned to be a mother for years before conceiving her son Rafi.  Because of this yearning she intentionally chose every aspect of the journey into parenthood, starting before her son was even conceived, then into conscious conception, pregnancy, home birth and intentional postpartum.  Before Kat became a mother, she was a relationship coach with her husband Tully running couples retreats & online programs.
