She and her husband consciously conceived their son on their first try and immediately after finding out she was pregnant she wanted to know everything about birth and of course she found the natural birth podcast! This led her to switch from thinking she should have a hospital birth with her OBGYN to a birth center birth with midwives at 28 weeks pregnant.
