Lord Victor Adebowale has been responsible for some ground-breaking developments in his career as both a campaigner and a leader for the homeless, the unemployed, the disadvantaged and those with learning disabilities. He is currently Chair of the NHS Confederation, which represents various NHS providers and commissioners.. Before this, he was Chief Executive of Turning Point for 18 years, one of the UKs' leading social enterprises providing services for people with complex needs.
