Josh Durham knows the downside of entrepreneurship, In 2015 he founded a weighted blanket e-commerce company and quickly grew revenue. Then it went out of business. Fast forward to today and Josh has bounced back bigger and better. He launched a successful marketing agency, Aligned Growth Management, that builds on his e-commerce experience, a growth firm helping young DTC brands scale into big brands profitably.
