202 - The Fast Lane Fallacy

The Blueprint Podcast - A podcast by Daniel Hill - Tuesdays

Categories:

Having spent the last 20 years living in the fast lane of entrepreneurship, this year I've had the sobering realisation that the fast lane at this level is actually a fallacy and for 2024 I'm going to be focusing my efforts on mastering the middle lane.   In this podcast, I'm going to take you through the difference between the slow lane, the middle lane and the fast lane to enable you to understand where you are now, where you want to go and how you're going to get there.    Different profiles at different times move at different speeds across different lanes. However, the most important thing is to understand where you should be and when you should stay there and also when you need to change gears and shift lanes.    I hope you enjoy this podcast, it is one for the more advanced among us.    Success and failure is very predictable.   I hope you enjoy.
