Season 1 Finale: Sitting in the Muck

Over the past 18 months I've reevaluated virtually every aspect of my life. From my friendships and relationships, to who I learn from and listen to, to where I spend my time and energy and money, to what I want to be when I grow up (I still haven't decided...).And during this period I've been left with more questions than answers. My therapist is helping me be okay with not knowing what's next. Instead of trying to rush to problem-solving and solution-finding, I'm working on being present with the questions and confusion. For a high-achieving, know it all, Enneagram Type 3 like myself...it ain't easy!On today's episode of The Online Business Show, I'm sharing more about this process in the finale for season one of the podcast.
