He willingly left the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter so as to speak out boldly against the start-at-the-top corruption of the Catholic Church without getting the FSSP in needless further conflict with the regime in Rome. You might say Father has a history of taking stands. He spent 415 days in solitary confinement na Burmese prison, and did multiple stints therein for protesting human rights violations. This week’s episode was filmed before a live audience. After this interview you will know: Why Mawdsley became a priest His mystical experience of the presence and power of God while in solitary confinement The roots of the current Church crisis Why attacks on the divine liturgy are attacks on the integrity of the whole Church His thoughts on whether Bergoglio is the true pope The quadrilogy of books he is writing The connection between the traditional Latin Mass and personal sanctity How to confront, or ignore, corrupt bishops and evil policies Resources mentioned in this episode: Father’s videos on YouTube.
