I go on my hum breath work Meditation 2 hours every morning, today I made my new iron eagle biceps blast program, sat on my butt 6 hours no stop then I got so exhausted and tired and now it was time to train for me…ugh you know the feeling! I TRULY LIVE THE LIFE I share with you in my training. A bit of relationship stuff being a solitary cat woman, things I love about having a cat as my partner, why a cat or a dog is the best love story in my opinion and the perks of KNOWING what I want. This was my self motivation needed to SEIZE MY TRAINING DAY, you see, I rather stay under the blanket, drink tea and listen to blues sometimes..but not today satan, not today. Gotta hit it soft then I’m off my workout duty. 🦅❤️💪
