Our son is now three months old and I want to share some of the tricks of the trade (from my personal and professional experience) to get you through the whirlwind that is---THE FOURTH TRIMESTER.  To all my mommas currently pregnant during the COVID-19 pandemic, I sincerely hope this episode will help ease your mind and make you feel better about that transition into the fourth trimester. Being a new mom is already hard and this pandemic truly does add another layer.  I discuss: Getting to know your baby's temperament  Understanding sleepy, feeding, and ready-to-play cues Ways to engage with your baby from a developmental standpoint Baby care Safety Visitors Strategies to set a foundation for self-soothing and sleep When to seek medical attention  As a disclaimer, this is medical education and all concerns should be discussed with your child's healthcare clinician.
