Our podcast episode today is around the motivational climate in sport, from a theory and an applied perspective.  Richard works at the University of Canberra, Australia, specialising in sport and exercise psychology. As a psychologist he has worked in many sports including rugby union, netball, swimming, gymnastics, football, officiating, as-well-as winter- and motor-sports.
