17. Josh Duinker - Vertical Sports Maui

It was a conversation that changed his life that set him on the trajectory for where he finds himself today. On today’s show we rewind to hear a bit about Josh Duinker’s childhood, collegiate and International Professional Career as a Basketball player. Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Josh moved to the States for his collegiate career playing basketball and making it to the sweet 16 with the University of Richmond. His career highlights allowed him to play basketball from 2012 - 2019 internationally until he hung up his jersey and transitioned to Maui as the executive Director of Vertical Sports Maui, formerly known as Basketball Maui. On today’s podcast we talk not only about the transition of a professional basketball career to sports ministry as Vertical Sports Maui’s Executive Director, but a little more behind his “WHY” and the belief that everyone has been designed on purpose and for a purpose.
