Our goal this week is to hopefully help you get a better understanding of yourself so that you can heal/rewire your brain to live your happiest and most fulfilled life. That you can love yourself the way God loves you. HOMEWORK: Have you identified the “I AM” Statements, or the truths you’re going to use against those lies every time they surface? Also, getting in that 12 minutes a day of quiet time, to show up for yourself, not only communicates you’re worth it but will help require that brain when you’re spending focused time in prayer.
