Is Eli Manning a HOFer?

Donald Trump claimed that Tommy Tuberville wasn’t a great coach until he coached Patrick Mahomes. A couple issues – Tuberville was a great coach with Auburn in the early 2000’s. He also never coached Mahomes. There was also a debate over Eli Manning being a Hall of Famer.
