Tomlin's future in question

In the last 30ish minutes, it seems like more and more people are all of the sudden throwing out the possibility of Mike Tomlin going elsewhere after the season with a loss on Saturday. Could the Steelers roster face total upheaval with a loss? Is it true that Tomlin would be hired in 5 seconds by another team like everyone says?
