Tyler Kennedy remembers Ray Shero

Former Penguin Tyler Kennedy joined the show. On a sad day in Penguins’ history, following the passing of former GM Ray Shero, TK shared his memories of Shero, saying he was the first general manager to truly believe in him. He said the teams that Ray built were remarkable, which led to a Stanley Cup title. Tyler talked about a moment in his career when he was contemplating retirement, but Shero talked him back into the game. TK said Shero also directed him to get involved in TV with the Penguins upon his retirement from hockey. Tyler said he was shocked to hear the news of Ray’s passing earlier today.
