With movement on the WR front, what options do the Steelers have left?

Going over the wide receiver trades of the day. Adams to the Jets and Cooper to the Bills. What does this do to the wide receiver landscape for the Steelers? If starting Russell Wilson is the new game plan and it is a more pass oriented offense, the Steelers need another target. Should the Steelers have tried to trade for Cooper? Mike Williams is on the outside in New York, would he fit the Steelers offense?
