Diary of a Bodybuilder: Charlotte Ellis

In this episode I talk to my friend and fellow bikini competitor, Char Ellis. I have been a big fan of Char's physique ever since she ventured into competitive bodybuilding a couple of years ago. However, she is more than just an incredible physique. Charlotte is a lovely person, she's funny, kind, caring, driven, passionate, hard working and the combination of those personality traits with the overall package she brings to stage WILL take her a long way in this sport.
