The Bodybuilding Barbie Speech: "You should never" [bonus episode]

I have heard America Ferrera's Barbie Monologue many times since the movie came out and I think its fair to say that her speech 'spoke' to most women. The “impossible” standards we feel we must meet on a daily basis. It was only recently that I heard her speech again but this time when she said "You have to be thin, but not too thin." I heard, "you have to be lean, but not too lean" and my mind spiralled into all of the expectations that are placed upon women who train. When I shared this on Instagram I was overwhelmed by the number of women who replied to the story, shared it, messaged me, liked it, reacted.. etc. So, I wanted to upload it here.
