GeoFutures' Andy Dearing Talks Satellites & STL as a Geospatial Hub

Andy Dearing is the president of Spatial STL Advisors, which provides strategic consulting for organizations to enable and grow location-based technology and services to support and promote the emergence of the geospatial industry in St. Louis. He also serves as the lead for the GeoFutures Initiative, a regional initiative under Greater St. Louis Inc. Prior to Spatial STL Advisors and GeoFutures, he served as the CEO of Boundless Spatial, a leading startup in the geospatial industry, which was acquired by Planet Labs, Inc in 2019. He has worked as a leader in the geospatial industry for almost 20 years.Andy serves as an advisor at Saint Louis University’s Geospatial Institute, Co-Chair for the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation’s St. Louis Area Working Group, Board Member for the Gateway Global American Youth and Business Alliance Academies Inc. (AYBAA) and Dynamo Metrics.
