In today's episode we chat all about our home sale process. If you don't already know, we have made the decision to SELL OUR HOUSE so we can pay off all our debt and start with a clean slate; but this time with the financial literacy knowledge we have now. Today's episode dives deep into the showing process, reviewing offers, countering our top three offers, having offers drop out, and finally accepting an offer and moving into escrow. It has been quite an adventure but it is our mission to be transparent, so you are welcome to join us along for the ride. We also mention that due to our new 20 day close of escrow, which is much quicker than we had anticipated, we are moving up the end date for season 1. Season 1 will wrap up on April 14, 2021 and we will return for season 2 in late June, around our one year podcast anniversary.
