But the world has changed a lot in the last 30 years. Conventional education has become much more expensive, but is it more valuable?  Has it kept up?  Is it preparing people to be productive in today’s world and the world that’s coming? Real estate investors tend to be more entrepreneurial.  They’re more inclined to trade “security” for opportunity and they accept the responsibility which comes with it.
