This weeks guest we have Chris Salerno. Chris was a young Real Estate Broker selling over $40MM in real estate in 3 years! Looking for something more stable and less man hours, with longevity Chris started researching and learned about Syndications (the pooling together of funds to buy large commercial apartment buildings). In less than just one year Chris's company QC Capital LLC has acquired over 360 units!
