We need to value the relationship with our clients over the transaction. Put our clients first. Do what’s right for them. This is opposed to the transactional approach where a Realtor only focuses on closing the sale and then moving on to find another client, close the sale, and move on again – forgetting their past clients once the transaction is over. This is not the way to build a long term successful career.Be relational, not transactional.
